Online, May 5, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Signature Bank of Georgia is building something special in Sandy Springs. In fact, it's building two things. The first is an enhanced brand identity for itself and the second (and most important) is the opportunity to build something special for their business and individual clients.
"We invite the Sandy Springs community to come in and see all the positive changes in person," said Signature's Chief Administrative Officer Charles Hoag. "We are the only true community bank headquartered in Sandy Springs, where we have been for nearly ten years - and we want people to see what we are building here."
For starters, the bank is building an impressive roster of talented banking experts. New hires over the past few months alone include:
-- Augustus Brown has joined the bank as Senior Vice President, Market President and Managing Director of Commercial Banking.
-- Melanie S. Brown has joined the bank as Managing Director of Small Business Administration (SBA).
-- Vitra Darden has joined the bank as Financial Center Manager.
-- Jeff Henly comes on board as commercial banking underwriter for SBA loans.
-- Stephanie Mason has been hired as a customer support representative and to develop the bank's growing social media presence.
-- Susan Kite is a new Vice President and SBA Business Development Officer.
In addition to these new faces, long-time familiar ones Denise Hunt and David Perlis have moved into newly created positions of Senior Relationship Manager and Senior Relationship Portfolio Manager, respectively.
"We are continuing to build strong relationships with both businesses and individuals alike in the Sandy Springs community," said bank president Freddie Deutsch. "Having the right professional expertise in place is allowing us to help our customers meet their financial goals."
"Signature Bank will always be the bank that `Makes it Personal,' Deutsch said. "Now we are enhancing the experience by offering new and existing customers the opportunity to come in a 'Build Something Special Together' with our talented line-up of financial specialists."
The banking lobby and offices have all been re-designed to reflect the "building something together" theme and popular products ranging from SBA Loans to the latest mobile technology are helping clients to build more financial success.
The bank has also re-built their two websites to offer visitors more enhancements and exciting interactive features at signaturebankga.com and sbaloansatlanta.com
Beyond the bank's walls, Signature employees are reaching out into the community to help in many aspects of local life in Sandy Springs. The bank is sponsoring and team members are volunteering in numerous programs including the Community Assistance Center, Sandy Springs Perimeter Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis, Leadership Sandy Springs and the Sandy Springs Conservancy.
"Here is where we are building something that we are proud of the most," said Hoag. "We are helping to build a better community."
