Fowler’s banking career began in Jasper, Georgia and spans 20 years. He has concentrated his expertise in underwriting, loan production and portfolio management. A graduate of Georgia Tech, Fowler is also a graduate of the Georgia Banking School and the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.
