Cawthon has been in the financial industry since 2003, specializing in network engineering for the last five years.

A 2003 graduate of LaGrange College with a degree in Business Management, Cawthon began his banking career as a teller and gained experience with a multitude of systems and programs as he advanced, leading to his diverse understanding of all facets in the day to day operations of banking.
