Terry Smith served on Signature Bank’s Board since inception in 2005 and also served as the Audit and Technology Committee Chairman. A strong community bank leader and friend, Terry was President and CEO of the Multiple Sclerosis Center of Atlanta.
Terry offered his support during troubled economic times for Signature Bank. He was dedicated to our Bank showing support, encouragement and wise guidance on the tough decisions. Not only did Terry conduct his business with the bank, he also referred business. He understood his personal responsibility and fiduciary role in ensuring the Bank’s oversight and adding value to the shareholders. Terry also supported the Bank during times of success and helped in achieving those milestones. His dedication was continually represented in his perceptive insight and wise counsel throughout his years of devotion to his family, friends and career.
